Knitting 101 Class (In-Person)

Hello future knitter, welcome to your first class! Here are some things you should know:

The goal is to make these sessions helpful, affordable, and accessible!

Class Dynamic, Topics, & Supplies:


Classes have a max capacity of 6 future knitters to ensure each attendee gets the attention and care they need.

Classes focus on the fundamentals of knitting and will cover these topics:

-Knit and Purl stitches
-Casting On Stitches
-Binding Off Stitches
-Weaving in the ends
-Gauges and swatches
-Selecting the right yarn
-and much more <3

You are welcome to bring your own supplies, however, it is recommended that you buy the Supplies & Care Package Box (the option to purchase is below as you are guaranteed to have the correct supplies, especially the yarn). I will only be shipping within the US to keep costs low on both ends.

Supplies you will need if you order on your own:

  • Size 10 or 10.5 Knitting Needles (circular preferred)

  • Ruler (preferably a fabric/faux leather ruler)

  • Scissors

  • Tapestry Needle (large)

  • Chunky Yarn

Affordable

The class can be paid for in 6 payments of $10 or one payment of $55 dollars. Simply click subscription as your payment option to pay overtime. It will be charging you weekly. If you need another payment schedule/frequency, email me!

Classes will be held on Saturdays or Thursdays across 6 sessions over Google Meet (pick the session of your choice) and there are also Wednesday sessions 6-7PM that are optional for class attendees to join in case you need extra support!

Classes are held in Pacific Standard Time.
